Job summary

VIP is seeking a Service Writer to deliver exceptional customer experiences at our Londonderry, NH location. You will work with the Service Manager to educate customers about vehicle conditions based on MPI inspections and VIP processes, while ensuring safety and quality across daily operations.

The role requires communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with team members to maintain a high standard of service and professional conduct.

Qualifications

• One year of related experience in automotive service field.
• Completion of a two-year college or technical school program recommended.
• ASE Certifications: C1- Service Consultant, P2- Parts Specialist, G1- Maintenance and light repair; State Inspection License where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Consult with customers to educate them about vehicle condition based on MPI inspection.
• Maintain safety as Priority #1 and follow all safety policies.
• Assist Service Manager to achieve VIP program execution and high customer satisfaction.
• Learn VIP processes and perform duties as assigned by the Service Manager.
• Ensure facility and equipment are maintained and clean throughout the day.
