This role welcomes newcomers to the automotive industry but rewards strong customer service, retail or hospitality backgrounds with a commission-based compensation of $42k to $110k per year. Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, retail, restaurant or hospitality welcome for automotive service roles.
• Must be open to background screening including criminal/DMV checks and SSN verification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee flow of Drive Lane and ensure prompt, courteous service.
• Own the customer experience by handling additional tasks to leave a positive impression.
• Provide concierge support for owner inquiries, by phone or in person.
• Ensure technicians' time is efficiently allocated to service customers.
• Distribute work between technicians to maximize shop utilization.
