Job summary

Fields BMW of Northfield is seeking a Service Advisor to own the customer experience in the service lane and coordinate technician scheduling. The ideal candidate adapts to a premium service environment and can engage customers with professionalism, whether they are new to automotive or experienced in customer service.

Salary range is $75,000 to $100,000 annually with a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, disability, 401(k), PTO, and more.

• Organized, friendly personality and strong communication skills are essential.
• Ability to manage others and direct workflow in a busy service environment.
• Excellent time management and professional appearance are expected.
• Must have a clean driving record and willingness to pass a pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Oversee flow of Drive Lane and ensure prompt, courteous service.
• Own the customer experience and drive positive impressions for the dealership.
• Provide concierge support for owner inquiries by phone or in person.
• Ensure daily technician time is allocated and used efficiently.
• Distribute work between technicians to optimize service throughput.
