Job summary

Hireology seeks a Service Advisor to own the customer experience in the service lane, from greeting owners to explaining the repair process. You’ll coordinate with technicians, manage scheduling, and ensure customers leave with a positive impression. Prior roles in customer service, retail, hospitality, or restaurant are welcome even if new to automotive.

This on-site role supports a flexible work schedule while delivering prompt, courteous service and concierge support for inquiries.

Qualifications

• Organized and friendly personality.
• Demonstrated ability to manage others (if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Oversee flow of Drive Lane, ensuring prompt, courteous service.
• Take ownership of the customer experience to leave a positive dealership impression.
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, in person or by phone.
• Ensure daily inventory of technicians' time is sold to service customers.
• Distribute work between technicians efficiently.
