Job summary

Pep Boys Inc. in Dallas is seeking a customer-focused associate to assist at the service desk, on the sales floor, and at the register. You will engage customers, schedule appointments, build trust, and promote parts and services to keep vehicles running efficiently.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and about one year of related automotive service and sales experience. Competitive hourly pay, benefits, and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver's License.
• One year of related automotive service experience.
• One year of sales experience preferred.
• Basic math skills for commissions and discounts.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers on phone and in the store, schedule appointments, and promote parts and services.
• Manage service desk transactions and code work orders.
• Assist with store operations, opening/closing duties where applicable.
• Follow policies on payments, refunds, and returns.
• Perform express automotive services including tire mounting and oil changes.
