Qualifications

• Ability to handle cash, credit, and return policies appropriately.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first contact for customers in-store and by phone and schedule appointments.
• Assist with service desk, sales floor, and register transactions to drive parts and service sales.
• Support management with work orders, inspections, and customer care tasks.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies, and help resolve service issues.
• Contribute to a safe, welcoming store environment and communicate with the team.
