Vaden Automotive is seeking an Automotive Customer Care Center Representative to join our Service Customer Care team. This role focuses on connecting with customers to schedule service appointments and ensure a positive experience.

Ideal candidates have automotive service knowledge, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The position offers hourly pay with commission opportunities and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous automotive Service Advisor/BDC/Customer Service experience preferred.
• Experience scheduling service appointments and follow-up is a plus.
• Strong customer service, verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle high volume of inbound/outbound calls.
• Familiarity with dealership service operations and maintenance schedules.
• Experience with DMS/CRM systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and text messages related to automotive service needs.
• Schedule maintenance, repair, recall, and other service appointments for our dealership service departments.
• Proactively contact customers regarding recommended maintenance, declined services, and upcoming service needs.
• Follow up with customers who have missed or canceled appointments to assist with rescheduling.
• Help maximize service appointment opportunities while providing an excellent customer experience.
• Answer general customer questions regarding dealership service offerings, maintenance schedules, and appointment availability.
• Work closely with Service Advisors, Service Managers, and dealership personnel to coordinate customer appointments.
• Maintain accurate customer information, appointment details, and communication records within dealership systems.
• Monitor appointment confirmations and follow up to help improve appointment show rates.
• Identify opportunities to bring customers back into our service departments.
• Meet individual performance goals related to call activity, appointment scheduling, and customer engagement.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and assist with directing customers to the appropriate dealership personnel.
• Support additional customer care initiatives and departmental needs as assigned.
