The ideal candidate has a strong automotive background and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities include greeting customers, scheduling appointments, providing repair estimates, and updating customers throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as an automotive service advisor.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance techniques.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• ASE certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service; address questions and concerns.
• Schedule appointments and manage workflow in the service department.
• Assess customers' needs and provide accurate repair/maintenance cost estimates.
• Communicate updates during repair and advise on additional work if needed.
• Manage customer complaints and resolve promptly to customers' satisfaction.
• Collaborate with service manager and technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, repair orders, and inventory levels.
