Qualifications

• Experience in automotive service, BDC, sales or customer service is required.
• Leadership or team lead experience is preferred.
• Strong sales-driven and customer service mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to motivate and hold team members accountable.
• Comfortable with performance goals and metrics.
• Strong organization and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with multiple systems, Microsoft Teams and Outlook.
• Professional, dependable and positive attitude.
• High school diploma or equivalent and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily performance and productivity of the Service BDC sales team.
• Lead customer outreach, follow-up, and appointment setting by example.
• Coach and motivate team members to meet goals.
• Monitor leads and ensure timely follow-up across channels.
• Convert internet and phone leads into qualified dealership appointments.
• Track appointment activity, show rates, leads and KPIs.
• Identify ways to boost customer engagement and sales results.
• Assist team with difficult conversations and lead follow-up.
• Ensure accurate documentation of customer information in dealership systems.
• Collaborate with sales teams and management for smooth hand-offs.
• Maintain accountability, consistency, and a positive team environment.
• Provide ongoing feedback and support to improve performance.
• Support CCC leadership with special projects and initiatives.
