You will handle appointment scheduling, coordinate loaners, and perform outbound calls to engage guests for service needs, ensuring high-quality customer experiences throughout.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum one-year customer service experience.
• Automotive industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule service appointments for guests.
• Coordinate loaner vehicles and communicate loaner agreements.
• Initiate outbound calls to schedule vehicle service.
• Reach out to customers in marketing campaigns for service scheduling.
• Follow up on customer visits to ensure satisfaction.
• Address customer concerns or escalate as needed.
• Provide courteous electronic and phone service to customers.
• Take ownership of the customer experience and resolve issues.
• Work a schedule that may include opening and closing shifts (7:00am–7:00pm) and one Saturday per month.
