Job summary

Legacy Chevrolet is seeking a Business Development Center Representative in Waxahachie, TX. You will answer calls, greet visitors, and coordinate service inquiries, with a focus on customer satisfaction and efficient service scheduling.

The role requires 3+ years in a related field, strong communication, and proficiency with Office tools. Automotive exposure is a plus; bilingual abilities are welcomed. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in a similar role (sales, admin, call center)
• Excellent telephone, writing and typing skills
• Strong computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office
• Automotive experience a PLUS
• Bilingual a PLUS
• Engaging, proactive attitude with customer focus

Responsibilities

• Follow up with prospective customers in response to inquiries
• Coordinate questions and issues with department personnel
• Provide administrative support as needed
• Manage paperwork and records, prepare reports
• Receive inbound service calls and schedule service appointments
• Maintain owner follow-up to encourage repeat/referral business
• Learn product updates, features, and benefits for customers
• Uphold dealership policies and customer satisfaction
