Job summary

Huffines Chevrolet – Plano, TX is seeking a Customer Service BDC Representative to support the sales and service teams. You will handle inbound/outbound calls, schedule appointments, and maintain customer data with a focus on courteous, efficient service.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. On-site role with shift availability from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent work experience.
• Shifts between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm available.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Moderate computer skills.
• Professional dress and behavior.
• Friendly, customer-service oriented.
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Making outbound and taking inbound calls to drive traffic for the sales or service department by setting appointments for prospective customers
• Updating and maintaining customer info in the designated software system
• Scheduling customers appointment
• Maintaining a prospect development system
• Ensuring protection of customer information by continually following Information security procedures
• Addressing customer concerns and issues or escalates as needed
• Coordinating questions and issues with the appropriate department personnel
• Directing customers to the appropriate department or point-of-contact
• Provides courteous and efficient electronic, phone, and face to face customer service assistance
• Taking ownership of each customer’s experience by immediately owning and resolving issues
• Other duties as assigned
