Responsibilities

• Respond to internet inquiries with courtesy and professionalism.
• Enter all customer inquiry data into the CRM.
• Generate service appointments.
• Conduct phone surveys to assess customer preferences and experience.

• Compile reports and documentation in a timely manner.
