Victory Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to coordinate service and repairs for customers. You will be the primary contact between customers and technicians, ensuring clear communication and accurate service delivery.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, possible automotive training, and a track record of excellent customer service and teamwork. A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• At least one year of dealer-level or large facility experience preferred.
• Valid and unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record.
• Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
• Professional appearance and work ethic.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule service for customers in person or by phone for prompt diagnosis.
• Follow up on repair status and inform customers if delayed; obtain authorization for revised estimates.
• Make repair recommendations and manage delivery by setting customer expectations.
• Ensure all repairs pass quality control and road tests where applicable.
• Keep current knowledge of vehicle operation, warranties, campaigns, and TSBs.
