Victory Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to serve as the central communication hub between customers and technicians. The role requires listening to customer problems, arranging service/repairs, and setting expectations for service delivery.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, with dealer-level or large facility experience desired, and an unrestricted driver’s license with a clean record. Strong customer service and technical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year of dealer-level or large facility experience preferred.
• Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record.
• Strong technical and customer service record.
• Excellent communication and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedules service for customers in person or by phone to diagnose problems.
• Communicates repair needs and maintenance recommendations to customers.
• Follows up on repairs to ensure timely delivery and manages expectations.
• Maintains knowledge of warranties, campaigns, and service information (TSBs).
• Ensures safety, documentation, and regulatory compliance.
