Victory Automotive Group seeks an Automotive Service Advisor to serve as the primary liaison between customers and technicians. You will listen to problems, explain needed repairs, and manage expectations for service delivery. A valid license and strong customer service are essential for success.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, dealer-level or large facility experience, and a commitment to professional, world-class service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least one year of dealer-level or large facility experience.
• Valid and unrestricted driver's license with clean driving record.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Basic computer and internet skills.

Responsabilités

• Schedules service for customers in person or by phone to ensure prompt diagnosis.
• Follows up on repair status and notes revisions with customer authorization.
• Makes repair recommendations and manages delivery by setting expectations.
• Ensures all repairs pass quality control and/or road tests.
• Maintains knowledge of vehicle operation, warranties, and TSBs.
