You will work with the team to ensure safety, communication, and high performance while supporting both service writer and technician duties as needed.

The ideal candidate has hands-on automotive knowledge, strong communication skills, and a track record of completing required training and industry certifications such as ASE

Qualifications

• One year of related experience in automotive service field.
• Completion of a two-year college or technical school program recommended.
• Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Current, valid driver’s license and ASE certifications required or recommended.

Responsibilities

• Assist service writers by consulting with customers and explaining vehicle conditions.
• Work as a technician when needed, completing services per VIP standards.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and equipment readiness in the shop and service area.
• Complete LMS and vendor trainings; pursue ASE certifications as directed.
• Support the team to achieve VIP program execution and customer satisfaction.
