Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Post-secondary automotive training or experience a plus.
• At least one year of dealer-level or large facility experience preferred.
• Unrestricted driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Schedule service for customers in person or by phone to ensure prompt diagnosis.
• Follow up on repairs to ensure timely completion and inform customers of delays.
• Provide repair recommendations and manage delivery of repairs.
• Ensure completed repairs pass quality control and road tests.
• Maintain knowledge of vehicle operation, warranties, and service information.
