Victory Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to be the center of communication for service and repair activities, serving as the main contact for customers and technicians.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, may have some post-secondary automotive training or experience, at least one year of dealer-level or large facility experience, an unrestricted driver's license and a clean driving record, and a strong commitment to world class customer service.

Responsabilidades

• Schedules service for customers in person or by phone to diagnose problems.
• Follows up on repair status and secures customer approval when estimates change.
• Makes repair recommendations and manages delivery of repairs with customer expectations.
• Ensures all completed repairs pass quality control and/or road tests.
• Maintains up-to-date knowledge of vehicle operation, warranties, campaigns, and TSBs.
