Brakes Plus is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor in Mesquite, TX to lead a service team and deliver an outstanding customer experience. Reporting to the Store Manager, you’ll guide technicians, coordinate duties, and drive service excellence while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Service Advisor/Writer.
• Strong leadership and store management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Directly works with customers in sales, service, opportunities, adjustments.
• Creates a highly motivated team environment and culture.
• Supervises technicians and service personnel; plans and schedules duties.
• Coaches service department teammates on operational issues.
• Manages parts inventory and restocks in-house parts when needed.
• Ensures store safety and proper inspections.
• Maintains equipment layout and compliance with safety procedures.
