Job summary

Sun Auto Tire & Service is seeking a Service Advisor to greet customers, document concerns, and recommend services. You will provide accurate quotes, communicate updates, and promote parts and services while maintaining quality customer interactions in a busy shop environment.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, valid driver’s license, and are able to work five days a week including Saturdays. Prior advisor experience is helpful but not required, with opportunities for advancement and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience as a Service Advisor is helpful, but not required.
• Professional appearance and ability to work in a process driven environment.
• Possess valid driver’s license.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work a minimum of five days per week, including Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers professionally in person and by phone.
• Listen to and document customer concerns; inspect vehicle and review service history.
• Recommend services and communicate additional recommendations from technicians.
• Provide accurate quotes with cost and time estimates; update customers on progress.
• Cashing out tickets and explaining warranties; document warranties and inspections.
• Conduct post-repair follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction; track returns and warranties.
• Other duties as assigned.
