Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year of dealer-level or large facility experience preferred.
• Valid and unrestricted driver\'s license with a clean driving record.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Professional appearance and dependable work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Schedules service for customers in person or by phone for prompt diagnosis.
• Follows up on repair status and informs customers when repairs will be ready; obtains authorization for revised estimates.
• Makes repair recommendations and manages delivery of repairs with clear customer expectations.
• Ensures all completed repairs pass quality control and road test.
• Maintains knowledge of vehicle operation, warranties, campaigns, and TSBs (Technical Service Bulletins).
• Meets or exceeds service level targets and ensures documentation is complete and compliant with regulations.
• Attends staff meetings, trainings, and educational classes as required.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
