Job summary

Victory Automotive Group, a family owned dealer network, is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor in Monroe, MI. You will serve as the central liaison between customers and technicians, listening to problems, arranging service, and setting expectations for repairs and maintenance.

A strong customer service mindset and clean driving record are important. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, related dealer/large facility experience, and good communication skills to deliver

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• At least one year of dealer-level or large facility experience
• Valid and unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to learn product information and vehicle systems

Responsibilities

• Schedule service for customers and coordinate with technicians
• Track repair progress and communicate status to customers
• Present repair options and obtain authorization
• Ensure quality control and road testing of completed repairs
• Maintain knowledge of service information and warranties
