The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, dealership or large facility experience, a valid driver’s license, and strong customer service and communication skills. Office environment with professional appearance required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• One year of dealer-level or large facility experience preferred.
• Valid and unrestricted driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Excellent communication and professional appearance.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and lift heavy objects as needed.

Responsibilities

• Schedules service for customers in person or by phone to ensure prompt diagnosis.
• Follows up on repair status and informs customers if timelines change.
• Makes repair recommendations and manages delivery of repairs with clear expectations.
• Ensures all completed repairs pass quality control and road tests.
• Maintains knowledge of vehicle operation, warranties, campaigns, and service information.
