The ideal candidate holds a HS diploma or GED, with dealership experience preferred, and a neat driving record. Excellent communication and a professional demeanor are essential for delivering world-class service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year dealer-level or large facility experience preferred.
• Valid and unrestricted driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Basic computer and internet skills; professional appearance and work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Schedule service for customers in person or by phone to ensure prompt diagnosis.
• Follow up on repair status and inform customers if not ready; obtain authorization for revised estimates.
• Make repair recommendations and manage delivery of repairs with customer expectations.
• Ensure all completed repairs pass quality control or road test.
• Maintain knowledge of vehicle operation, warranties, campaigns, and TSBs; comply with safety policies.
