Victory Automotive Group in Oceanside, CA seeks an Automotive Service Advisor to be the communication hub between customers and technicians. You will listen to problems, coordinate service/repairs, and set expectations for delivery and quality.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, strong customer service and communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment; prior dealer-level experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule service for customers in person or by phone to ensure prompt diagnosis.
• Follow up on repairs to ensure readiness and manage revised estimates with customers.
• Communicate repair needs and set clear expectations with customers and technicians.
• Ensure all repairs pass quality checks and road tests.
• Maintain knowledge of vehicle operations, warranties, campaigns, and service information.
