The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, dealer-level experience, and strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities include scheduling service, following up on repair status, recommending repairs, ensuring quality checks, and staying informed

Qualifications

• At least one year of dealer-level or large facility experience.
• Valid, unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Professional appearance and dependability.

Responsibilities

• Schedule service for customers in person or by phone.
• Follow up on repairs and inform customers of status.
• Make repair recommendations and manage expectations.
• Ensure completed repairs pass quality control and road tests.
• Maintain knowledge of vehicle operation, warranties, and service bulletins.
