Victory Automotive Group in the San Francisco area is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to be the communications hub for service and repair activities. You will be the primary contact for customers, translating problems into accurate service recommendations and coordinating with technicians to set expectations and deliver world-class service.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, strong customer-service orientation, and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Schedule service for customers in person or by phone to enable prompt diagnosis.

• Ensure all repairs pass quality control and road tests.
• Maintain knowledge of vehicle operation, warranties, and service bulletins.
