Victory Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to act as the central liaison between customers and technicians. The role involves diagnosing service needs, setting expectations, and delivering world-class customer service.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, dealer-level or large facility experience preferred, a valid driver’s license, and excellent communication skills. A fast-paced team environment and a professional demeanor are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One year of dealer-level or large facility experience preferred.
• Valid and unrestricted driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Excellent communication and professional appearance.
• Safety and customer service oriented.
• Basic computer and internet skills.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions.
• Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects.

Responsibilities

• Schedules service for customers in person or by phone for prompt diagnosis.
• Follows up on repair status and informs customer if delays occur.
• Makes repair recommendations and manages delivery of repairs.
• Ensures repairs pass quality control and road tests.
• Maintains current knowledge of vehicle operation, warranties, campaigns, and TSBs.
• Ensures all service level targets are met or exceeded.
• Completes required documentation in compliance with regulations and standards.
• Attends staff meetings, training, and educational classes; performs other duties.
