Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Schedule service for customers in person or by phone to ensure prompt diagnosis.

• Make repair recommendations and manage delivery of repairs.
• Ensure all completed repairs pass quality control and road tests.
• Maintain knowledge of vehicle operation, warranties, and service information.
