Qualifications

• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
• Professional personal appearance.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2 years or more experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain CSI rating as set by service manager.
• Maintain the standard for hours per customer repair order written.
• Greet customers in a timely, friendly, and professional manner and obtain customer data.
• Test-drive vehicle as necessary and communicate conditions.
• Advise customers on vehicle care per manufacturers' specifications.
• Provide estimates for labor and parts; obtain approvals as needed.
• Establish payment method and obtain credit approval if necessary.
• Obtain customer signature on repair order and provide copy.
• Follow up on repair progress and update customers as needed.
• Handle inquiries about work in process and appointments.
• Ensure final invoice matches the repair order and reduce comebacks.
• Deliver vehicle and answer questions; maintain follow-up on additional work.
