LaFontaine Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to schedule service work, advise customers on repairs, and maximize service revenue while maintaining high CSI. The role emphasizes accurate data collection, clear communication, and collaboration with the service team.

Qualifications

• Read and comprehend instructions and information.
• Professional personal appearance.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain CSI rating as set by service manager.
• Maintain hours per customer repair order written target.
• Greet customers timely and professionally; collect customer data and vehicle information.
• Test-drive vehicle as necessary and advise on care per manufacturers' specs.
• Explain repair instructions and main reasons for the repair to customers.
• Raise and manage repair orders with estimated labor and parts.
• Obtain payment method approval and customer signature on repair orders.
• Follow up on progress and communicate changes to customers.
• Handle inquiries about work in process and appointments.
• Deliver vehicles and answer questions; maintain clean work areas.
