Job summary

Asbury Automotive Group is seeking an energetic Service Advisor to be the face of our service department, assisting guests and diagnosing care needs in line with manufacturer specifications. You will build rapport, promote services, and deliver accurate estimates while coordinating with technicians and customers.

The role emphasizes customer service excellence, strong communication, and efficient scheduling in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum automotive Service Advisor experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills required.
• Excellent phone and computer skills to handle service operations and CSI.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and collect vehicle information.
• Promote and explain needed services and products.
• Provide accurate repair estimates and communicate timelines to customers.
• Schedule service appointments and follow up for repeat visits and CSI goals.
• Adhere to manufacturer maintenance schedules and warranty guidelines.
• Maintain professional conduct and protect customer and company information.
