Responsibilities

• Maintain Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) rating as set by service manager.
• Maintain the prescribed standard for hours per customer repair order written.
• Greet customers in a timely, friendly, and professional manner; obtain accurate customer and vehicle data.
• Test-drive vehicle as necessary and advise customers on car care and maintenance per manufacturers' specs.
• Provide estimates for labor and parts and obtain approvals.
• Obtain customer signatures on repair orders and keep copies.
• Follow up on repairs and communicate changes to customers.
• Establish payment methods and credit approvals as needed.
• Deliver vehicles and answer questions; maintain follow-up on additional items.
