Qualifications

• Sales experience within the automotive industry is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain accurate customer and vehicle records.
• Must be able to stand and interact with customers for extended periods.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Advise customers on maintenance and repair options with clear cost estimates.
• Coordinate with technicians to schedule service and prepare repair orders.
• Maintain detailed customer and vehicle records and invoices.
• Promote additional services and products to support department revenue goals.
• Provide timely updates to customers throughout the repair process.
