Job summary

Oremor Automotive Group in Texas is seeking a Service Advisor to be the central communicator between customers and technicians. You will listen to customer problems, arrange for service and repairs, and set expectations for delivery and quality.

The ideal candidate has at least 2+ years in service advising, strong communication skills, and a clean driving record. ASE certification is a plus, with opportunities to grow in a fast-paced automotive team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Service Advisor or in a dealership setting is preferred.
• Strong customer service & communication skills under pressure.
• Ability to listen, diagnose, and explain repairs clearly to customers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an excellent CSI score and assist customers with service needs for their vehicle.
• Schedule service appointments and ensure prompt diagnosis of problems.
• Present repair recommendations and manage delivery of repairs with customer expectations.
• Maintain documentation in compliance with regulations and standards.
