Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking experienced Service Advisors who thrive in a commission-driven environment and enjoy face-to-face customer interaction. You will confidently present service recommendations and pricing, partnering with Technicians to deliver a premier service experience while maximizing earnings.

Responsibilities include managing repair orders, upselling maintenance, scheduling appointments, and coordinating loaners or transport to protect CSI and repeat business.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience required; automotive experience preferred.
• Flexible availability to maximize earning potential through commissions.
• Customer-facing, sales-driven role with emphasis on trust and revenue.

Responsibilities

• Convert leads into customers by presenting service recommendations and pricing.
• Accurately manage repair orders, paperwork, and warranties to support commissions.
• Upsell additional maintenance to increase repair orders and earnings.
• Schedule appointments and create accurate repair orders and estimates.
• Coordinate loaners and transportation to protect CSI and repeat business.
