Responsibilities

• Set, confirm and prepare for appointments to ensure a great service experience.
• Meet or exceed targeted sales goals and customer satisfaction.
• Greet customers and explain service recommendations in simple terms.
• Assess vehicle needs through walk-arounds, inspections and test drives.
• Prepare repair orders with cost and time estimates and maintain transparency.
• Coordinate with technicians and parts staff to ensure timely work completion.
• Follow up with customers on status and satisfaction.
