Job summary

AutoNation is seeking a Service Advisor to bridge customers with our service team. You will schedule appointments, greet clients, and determine vehicle needs through walk-arounds and test drives.

Use consultative selling to propose maintenance plans, produce repair orders with estimates, and keep customers informed. You will work in a state-of-the-art service department, contributing to loyalty across our nationwide network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer experience.
• Willingness to follow up with customers and use technology.

Responsibilities

• Set and confirm appointments for customers.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and CSI targets.
• Greet customers and determine vehicle needs.
• Explain service recommendations in clear language and upsell where appropriate.
• Produce repair orders with cost and time estimates and maintain transparency.
• Communicate with technicians and parts staff to ensure timely work.
