Job summary

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience required or preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to use dealership software and basic computer tools.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a timely, friendly manner and obtain vehicle information.
• Promote and build rapport with customers to sell needed services.
• Advise customers on vehicle care and maintenance per manufacturer specs.
• Provide accurate repair estimates and communicate timelines to customers.
• Answer service calls and schedule service appointments.
• Ensure follow-up with customers to drive repeat visits and CSI metrics.
• Adhere to warranty guidelines, policies, and legal requirements.
• Maintain high standards of honesty and customer service in a fast-paced environment.
