Job summary

Herb Chambers Honda of Burlington is seeking an energetic Service Advisor to act as the face of the dealership for service customers. You will present and sell needed services, maintain customer rapport, and ensure adherence to manufacturer maintenance schedules.

Ideal candidates have strong customer service and communication skills, with automotive service advisor experience highly preferred. A valid driver's license and being 18+ are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Previous automotive Service Advisor experience is heavily preferred.
• Excellent customer service, phone and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and gather vehicle information.
• Present and sell recommended maintenance and services.
• Provide accurate repair estimates and timelines.
• Maintain CSI and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Follow warranty guidelines and company policies.
