Qualifications

• Experience as a Service Advisor is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screening (background & drug test).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and obtain vehicle information.
• Promote services and explain care recommendations.
• Provide accurate repair estimates and timelines.
• Schedule and manage service appointments and callbacks.
• Maintain customer communication and CSI goals.
