Job summary

Herb Chambers Honda of Burlington is seeking a Service Advisor to be the face of the dealership for service customers. You will present and sell needed products and services in line with manufacturer guidelines while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

The role requires excellent customer service, strong communication, and the ability to manage a fast-paced environment. Prior automotive service advisory experience is highly preferred, with a valid driver's license and the ability to pass

Qualifications

• Previous automotive Service Advisor experience heavily preferred.
• Must be a minimum of eighteen years of age and possess a valid driver's license.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background & drug test).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and obtain pertinent vehicle information.
• Promote and build rapport to drive service sales and CSI.
• Provide accurate repair estimates and communicate timelines to customers.
