Herb Chambers Honda of Burlington in Hingham, MA is seeking a Service Advisor to deliver exceptional guest experiences by greeting customers, collecting vehicle information, and proposing necessary maintenance aligned with manufacturer schedules.

Strong communication and computer skills are required; prior automotive service advisory experience is heavily preferred. A valid driver’s license and the ability to pass background and drug screenings are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have great customer service, phone and computer skills.
• Greet customers and obtain pertinent vehicle information.
• Advise customers on vehicle care and maintenance per manufacturer specs.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a timely, friendly manner and obtain vehicle information.
• Actively promote and build rapport with the customer.
• Advise customers on care and value of maintaining their vehicles.
• Generate and provide accurate estimates of repairs.
• Establish and communicate repair completion times with customers and technicians.
• Maintain and schedule service appointments.
• Follow warranty guidelines and ensure CSI targets are met.
