Victory Automotive Group seeks an Automotive Service Advisor to be the central point of contact for service and repair coordination. You will communicate with customers and technicians, explain needed repairs, and manage expectations for service delivery.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, automotive exposure, and a track record of excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and professional appearance are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; post-secondary automotive training or experience a plus.
• At least one year of dealer-level or large facility experience preferred.
• Unrestricted driver's license with a clean driving record; strong technical and customer service performance expected.

Responsibilities

• Schedule service for customers in person or by phone to ensure accurate diagnosis.
• Follow up on repairs to ensure timely completion and inform customers if delays occur.
• Provide repair recommendations and manage delivery by setting clear expectations.
• Ensure all repairs pass quality control and road tests where applicable.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle operation, warranties, and service bulletins.
