Victory Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to be the central point of contact for service and repair matters. You will listen to customer issues, coordinate with technicians, and explain needed repairs and maintenance clearly to customers.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, automotive exposure, a valid license, and strong customer service and communication skills. A team-focused, professional attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Some post-secondary automotive training or experience is preferred.
• Unrestricted driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic computer/internet skills and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Schedules service for customers and coordinates with technicians.
• Tracks repair status and informs customers of delays, obtaining authorizations when estimates change.
• Makes repair recommendations and manages delivery by setting expectations.
• Ensures completed repairs pass quality control and road tests.
• Maintains knowledge of warranties, campaigns, and service information.
