Victory Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to be the center of communication for service and repair activities, and the liaison between customers and technicians. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, dealership experience, a valid driver's license, and a strong record in customer service and communication, with a professional appearance.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year of dealer-level or large-facility experience preferred.
• Valid, unrestricted driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Professional and dependable.

• Professional appearance and work ethic.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions.
• Ability to bend, kneel, squat, stand and lift heavy objects as needed.

Responsibilities

• Schedules service for customers in person or by phone to ensure prompt, accurate diagnosis of problems.
• Follows up on repair status to ensure vehicle is ready when promised; informs customers in advance if delays occur; obtains authorization for revised estimates.
• Makes repair recommendations and manages delivery of repairs by setting and managing customer expectations.
• Ensures all completed repairs pass quality control and/or road test.
• Keeps up-to-date knowledge of vehicle operation, warranties, campaigns, and service information (e.g., state lemon laws and TSBs).
• Ensures service level targets are met or exceeded.
• Ensures required documentation is complete and compliant with regulations and standards.
• Complies with and enforces all safety policies and procedures.
• Attends staff meetings, trainings, and classes as required.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
