• High school diploma or GED required; post-secondary automotive training a plus.
• At least one year of dealer-level or large facility experience.
• Valid, unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Schedules service for customers by phone or in person and ensures prompt diagnosis.
• Follows up on repair status and informs customers if delivery is delayed or estimates change.
• Makes repair recommendations and manages delivery of repairs to meet customer expectations.
• Ensures all repairs pass quality control and/or road test before delivery to customer.
• Maintains knowledge of vehicle operation, warranties, and service bulletins; adheres to safety policies.
