Victory Automotive Group in California is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to serve as the main liaison between customers and technicians. You will listen to concerns, explain needed repairs and maintenance, and schedule service to ensure timely, quality work.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of dealer-level experience, a valid driver's license, and strong communication and customer-service skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year of dealer-level or large facility experience preferred.
• Valid and unrestricted driver's license with clean driving record.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and lift heavy objects.

Responsibilities

• Schedules service for customers in person or by phone to ensure prompt diagnosis.
• Follows up on repair status and informs customers if delays occur.
• Makes repair recommendations and manages delivery of repairs with customer expectations.
• Ensures completed repairs pass quality control and road tests.
• Keeps up to date on vehicle operation, warranties, campaigns, and TSBs.
