AutoNation is seeking a Service Advisor to bridge customers and technicians in our state-of-the-art service lanes. You’ll explain recommendations, identify up-sell opportunities, and ensure a safe, satisfying repair experience.

Responsibilities include confirming appointments, assessing vehicle needs via walk-arounds and test drives, producing repair orders with transparent estimates, and coordinating with technicians and parts staff for timely completion.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Experience in consultative sales or service is a plus.
